All of our tours are exclusively offered in English. Tours may be offered in another language (French or Spanish) for private tours of 10 people or more.

What is the meeting point to begin the tour?

The meeting point is very close to the first food destination of the tour. Details will be provided upon reservation, including tips on the best ways to get there.

The total walking distance of this tour is approximately 2.6 km or about 1.6 miles.

Is this tour open to children?

Children are welcome on all of our tours. They may take part in all of the tastings, except for alcoholic beverages. Note: the legal age for drinking alcohol in Quebec is 18 years or more.

Does your guide accept tips?

Our guides would certainly appreciate if you left them a tip at the end of the tour. This small gesture demonstrates your appreciation in general of the company and the guide. It is customary to leave a tip equivalent to 15% of the bill before the Quebec sales tax is applied.

What type of food will be available during the tour?

Traditional Quebec meals will be presented throughout this tour.

What quantity of food will be served on this tour?

The quantity of food served at each restaurant is equivalent to a tasting but is nonetheless generous. The equivalent of a decent large meal will be served during this lunchtime tour. In order to fully appreciate the experience, we suggest only a light breakfast beforehand.

Will drinks be served during the tour?

We will give you a bottle of water at the beginning of the tour. You will also be served a glass of local beer at the last destination.

What should I do if I have allergies or certain food restrictions?

It is your responsibility to advise us of any allergies or restrictions upon reservation. We will then be able to evaluate your possibilities.

Does the tour offer vegetarian options?

Unfortunately not! Considering the nature of this visit, we cannot offer a vegetarian option.

Does the tour only include tastings?

Your guide will also share much historical and cultural information about the neighborhood and the dishes tasted.

Will we have access to washrooms during the tour?

Bathrooms are at your disposal at each of the destinations throughout the tour.

What happens if it rains or snows?

Tours go on, rain or shine. It is, therefore, your responsibility to dress accordingly.
